Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo realizar una planificación estratégica a la empresa de alimentos LIFOOD con el fin de incorporar sistemas de mejoramiento, aumentando el valor de la empresa, determinando el estado actual de las áreas e identificando cómo eliminar deficiencias internas. Esto con ayuda de la implementación de planes, los cuales permitirán lograr los fines propuestos, trabajando en el desarrollo de recursos de la organización y permitiendo a la empresa adaptarse a los cambios que se presentan constantemente. Hará que tenga un mayor grado de sensibilidad llevando a un mejor funcionamiento de la empresa.
En la primera parte se presentan los datos generales del marco conceptual los cuales servirán para entender los términos usados en este trabajo.
Una vez aclarados los conceptos, se presentarán los antecedentes generales y análisis de la empresa donde se desplegará información de la participación en el mercado actual que se encuentra a nivel nacional y mundial en el segmento de los helados y de snack-confites. Además, se presentará parte de la historia de LIFOOD, la composición del personal que labora (organigrama), sus competidores más directos y sus avances estratégicos en los últimos diez años.
Se analizarán los factores externos e internos de la empresa. Para los factores externos se identificarán las oportunidades y amenazas a través del Análisis PEST y las Cinco Fuerzas de Porter. Para los factores internos se identificarán las Fortalezas y Debilidades a través de la Cadena de Valor y las ventajas competitivas a través del análisis VRIO.
Como siguiente paso se formularán las Estrategias teniendo presente el cumplimiento de los objetivos, para lo cual se hará un análisis a través de la herramienta del Balance Scorecard, donde se revisarán las perspectivas a nivel financiero, del cliente, proceso interno y de aprendizaje y crecimiento. Con esta información, se diseñará un mapa estratégico, el que permitirá definir los indicadores y metas y plantear el plan de acción.
Por último, se presentarán las conclusiones y recomendaciones obtenidas de este trabajo realizado en esta empresa en crecimiento.
This paper aims to conduct a strategic planning LIFOOD food Company incorporated in order to improve systems, increasing the value of the company, determining the current status of areas and identifying how to eliminate internal deficiencies. This helps with the implementation of plans, which allow achieving the desired aims, working on the development of organizational resources and allowing the company to adapt to the changes that are constantly present. It will have a higher degree of sensitivity leading to better performance of the company. The first part details the general framework which will serve to understand the terms used in this work are presented. Having clarified the concepts, the general background and analysis of the company where participation information will be displayed in the current market is national and global levels in the segment of frozen confections and snack will be presented. Also, part of the history of LIFOOD be presented, the composition of the personnel working (organization), its direct competitors and strategic advances in the last ten years. External and internal factors of the company will be analyzed. For external factors opportunities and threats are identified through the PEST analysis and Porter's Five Forces. For internal factors are the strengths and weaknesses identified through the value chain and competitive advantage through analysis VRIO. As a next step the strategies keeping in mind the fulfillment of the objectives, for which an analysis through Balance Scorecard tool where prospects financially, customer, internal process and learning and growth review will be formulated. With this information, a strategic map, which will define the indicators and targets and raise the action plan will be designed. Finally, conclusions and recommendations from this work in this growing business will be presented.
