Abstract
En la actualidad el Mantenimiento de los Tanques de Almacenamiento Atmosféricos se hace mediante un cronograma planteado de manera teórica. La experiencia en la práctica ha demostrado que las reparaciones o mantenciones de estos mismos se realizan generalmente en un tiempo mucho mayor al propuesto originalmente, ocasionando un resultado no satisfactorio debido a costos más altos de los presupuestados y el tener que realizar planes de contingencias no programados para poder aproximarse en lo más posible con el plan inicial del mantenimiento.
El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo proponer un Modelo para la Planificación Integral del Mantenimiento de los Tanques de Almacenamiento Atmosféricos de ENAP Refinería Aconcagua, con el fin de implementar el modelo dentro de la División de Mantención Mayor de Plantas & Instalaciones en el futuro, ya que mediante la estandarización y mejoramiento de la determinación de las actividades del mantenimiento se pueda asegurar una mayor disponibilidad, confiabilidad y seguridad de los activos en operación.
Para cumplir con ello, el trabajo contempla la elaboración de un modelo de gestión de 8 etapas, una evaluación financiera y las recomendaciones para su futura implementación. Dentro del modelo está incluido el modelo de gestión de excelencia, un diagnóstico de la situación actual del Mantenimiento de los Tanques de Almacenamiento Atmosféricos, la identificación y análisis de los sistemas operaciones más críticos, el diseño de un plan de mantenimiento (con u orden lo más secuencial posible), su programación, la ingeniería de mantenimiento y el análisis de su ciclo de vida.
Por lo tanto, el presente trabajo ha privilegiado invertir tiempo en beneficio de una nueva cultura de la planificación y mantenimiento, que permita no tan sólo establecer un Modelo de Mantenimiento de los Tanques de Almacenamiento Atmosférico bien desde la primera vez y con tendencia a la mejora continua, sino que a la larga, permita que ENAP Refinería Aconcagua perciba los beneficios derivados de la maximización de la disponibilidad, la confiabilidad, la seguridad de su operación y producción.
At present, the Maintenance of the Atmospheric Storage Tanks is done by means of a theoretically planned programmed. Experience in practice has shown that repairs or maintenance of these are usually made in a much longer time than originally proposed, resulting in an unsatisfactory result due to higher costs than budgeted and having to make not programmed contingency plans to be able to approach as much as possible with the initial maintenance plan. The objective of this work is to propose a Model for the Integral Planning of the Maintenance of the Atmospheric Storage Tanks of the ENAP Aconcagua Refinery, in order to implement the model within the Major Maintenance Division of Plants & Installations in the future, since by standardizing and improving the determination of maintenance activities, greater availability, reliability and safety of the assets in operation can be ensured. To comply with this, the work contemplates the development of an 8-stage management model, a financial evaluation and recommendations for its future implementation. Within the model is included the management model of excellence, a diagnosis of the current situation of Maintenance of Atmospheric Storage Tanks, the identification and analysis of the most critical operations systems, the design of a maintenance plan (with or more sequential as possible), its programming, maintenance engineering and the analysis of its life cycle. Therefore, the present work has privileged to invest time in benefit of a new culture of planning and maintenance, which allows not only to establish a Maintenance Model of the Atmospheric Storage Tanks either from the first time and with a tendency towards improvement continuous, but in the long run, allow ENAP Aconcagua Refinery to perceive the benefits derived from the maximization of availability, reliability, safety of its operation and production.
