Abstract
The present work, tells about theinvestigative process about the lack of valueand civic education that exists today in thecountry and how the art museum fulfills asocial and creative role in the developmentof the human being, in contribution for thisdeficiency. In this way, what is happeningtoday in Chile regarding visits to artmuseums and the relation between thecontent of them and this needed in thesociety.Last 2016, according to a study presented bythe National Council of Culture, the NationalMuseum of Fine Arts received only 2% ofattendees in relation to the total Chileanpopulation, which accounts for the fact thatthere is no knowledge of the plastic arts andleads to a lack of interest in the same.Nowadays, only one and a half hours ofclasses of this subject, are established inschools, because education focuses mainlyon enhancing knowledge of language and mathematics, without taking into account theintegral development of the person throughthe creative ability that every human beinghas. So, it is considered that, in the infant periodis when emphasis should be given to thepromotion of the plastic arts, generate anapproach and captivate, in such a way thatthe interest is maintained over time, andthere are future citizens who participate inthe culture. Where, in this case, the museumis the educational instance that allows toachieve support for learning throughpractical experience and the encounter withthe elements. From this, it seeks to take the opportunity ofthe playful and experiential that the museumadmits, and on the other hand, theeducational support over the time that can beachieved thanks to the educationalestablishment in the plastic arts classes. Inthis way, a creative experience is created forthe child user, at the prototype level and forthe purposes of this instance from 9 to 11years old, called "VivArt", an experience thatis completed thanks to a mobile workstation. This mobile workstation contains inside anart book with activities in support of learningthat are located in four stages to bedeveloped. First in the school, later the visitto the museum, afterward again an instancein the school classroom, and finally a closingvisit and in community to the museum. All ofwhich are described in detail step by step inthe present development of the project, inaddition to the improvements to be made inorder to move from the prototype to the finalproduct.
