Abstract
El propósito de este informe es la creación de una propuesta de negocios para un software de apoyo a la educación en los establecimientos educaciones de Enseñanza Media tipo Científico-Humanista los cuales impartan Ciencias Físicas Básicas, para mejorar el entendimiento de los alumnos en esta área, lo que los ayudará a obtener un mejor rendimiento.
El producto se llamará “AxionFics”, y será desarrollado por la empresa “AC3S”. “La física en acción” es el eslogan de este producto que pretende cambiar el paradigma de la forma en que se educa a la población. Este será un juego de plataformas en dos dimensiones y será desarrollado con Adobe Flash CS4.
Se tendrá en consideración un público objetivo correspondiente a estudiantes de Enseñanza Media generalmente de 14 a 17 años, los cuales tienen problemas con entender los conceptos físicos, o bien, gustan de los videojuegos y quieren consolidar aún más sus conocimientos. En cambio, los clientes potenciales son los directores o sostenedores de colegios privados o particulares subvencionados, y el mismo Ministerio de Educación.
Se escogió un horizonte de evaluación de 5 años, para analizar cómo respondería el producto a los cambios del mercado. Se considera una inversión inicial de 520,96 U.F. con costos fijos promedio de 2.164,28 U.F. Para analizar su rentabilidad es esencial observar su comportamiento sin financiamiento externo, donde se obtiene un VAN de 2.006,30 U.F. con un TIR de 44,04%. A medida que el financiamiento va subiendo, el VAN disminuye, por las amortizaciones y altos intereses, pero el TIR aumenta progresivamente, lo que sucede por apalancamiento. El período de recuperación y el punto de equilibrio se mantienen constantes para los 5 tipos diferentes de financiamiento; el PAYBACK es de 3 años, y el punto de equilibrio es de 123 cuentas de Administrador y 5.338 cuentas de Usuario.
Ahora bien, para hacer un análisis de rentabilidad más detallado, se disminuyen los ingresos esperados en un 20% y 50%, con lo que la rentabilidad del proyecto se ve afectada críticamente llegando incluso a -4.314,25 U.F. Similar al comportamiento cuando los egresos son aumentados en un 20% y 50% donde el proyecto disminuye hasta -2.922,13 U.F. De esto se desprende que es trascendental para el éxito de AxionFics concentrarse en la venta efectiva de la cantidad de productos esperada.

To analyze their profitability is essential to observe their behavior without external funding, which yields a VPN of 2.006,30 UF with an IRR of 44,04% which are increased at the time of funding. The recovery period for all types of investments is 3 years. As shown, the project is both profitable and non-funded, making it feasible to carry it out. Now, to make a more detailed analysis of profitability, expected revenues are reduced by 20% and 50%, bringing the project's profitability is affected critically, leading to a disastrous NPV of -4.314,25 UF making it a failure. The same occurs when the expenses are increased by 20% and 50%, the project profitability decreases to a NPV of -2.922,13 UF. It follows that is critical to the success of AxionFics focus on the actual sale of the amount of expected products, regardless if it means a substantial rise in production costs because the income variable is much more critical than discharges, which provides an important focus for the company, to encourage good service and good product, at the expense of the cost that this entails.
