DISEÑO DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE INICIATIVAS DE SOSTENIBILIDAD

Abstract

Esta memoria aborda el proceso de análisis y diseño de un sistema de gestión deiniciativas de sostenibilidad como proyecto interno de una empresa, teniendo como principal objetivo la creación de entregables que guíen a los futuros desarrolladores en el proceso de comprensión de los requerimientos de la empresa y de las funcionalidades que el sistema debe poder ejecutar.Para lograr aquello, se realizó una exhaustiva investigación delas problemáticas que emergen al gestionar la sostenibilidad y también de las herramientas existentes que pretenden llevar a cabo esta labor, y luego se procedió a la definición deproductos de análisis y diseño de software acordes a las características del proyecto y a lamodalidad de trabajo que lleva a cabo la empresa.

This report addresses the process of analysis and design of a management system for sustainability initiatives as an internal project of a company, having as main objective thecreation of deliverables that will guide future developers in the process of understanding therequirements of the company and the functionalities that the system must be able to execute.in order to achieve this, an exhaustive investigation was carried out of the problems thatarise when managing sustainability and also of the existing tools that intend to carry out thistask, and then proceeded to the definition of software analysis and design products according to the characteristics of the project and the work modality executed by the company.
