Abstract
El presente documento tiene como objetivo el estudio y desarrollo de aquellos aspectos
fundamentales que debe cumplir una escuela de vuelo, específicamente Aerosantamaría,
para obtener un Sistema de gestión de Calidad que pueda optar a la certificación ISO
9001:2008.
Este sistema se centra en todos los elementos de administración de calidad con los que
una empresa debe contar para tener un sistema efectivo que le permita administrar
eficazmente y mejorar la calidad de sus productos o servicios, siempre enfocándose en la
satisfacción del cliente.
Para esto en primera instancia se interiorizara al lector con algunos conceptos
fundamentales con respecto a los Sistemas de Gestión de Calidad para el buen
entendimiento de la investigación.
Luego se procederá a describir las exigencias de la Norma ISO 9001:2008 y los requisitos
que la Dirección General de Aeronáutica Civil demanda (DGAC). Con el fin de poder
integrar las exigencias de cada uno de los sistemas y poder determinar cuáles son los
requisitos de la ISO que ya cuenta la escuela de vuelo y cuáles no. Esto debido a que
Aerosantamaría ya cuenta con todos los requisitos que exige la DGAC, y mucho de estos
cumplen con las peticiones de la Norma en cuestión.
This paper aims to study and develop fundamental aspects that must meet a flight school, Aerosantamaría specifically, to obtain a management system Quality qualified for ISO 9001:2008 certification. This system focuses on all elements of management quality with which a company needs to have a system cash to enable it to effectively manage and improve the quality of their products or services, provided by focusing on customer satisfaction customer. For this in the first instance to grow acquainted the reader with some fundamental concepts regarding Quality Management Systems for the proper understanding of the research. Then proceed to describe the requirements of ISO 9001:2008 and requirements to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation Demand (DGAC). In order to integrate the requirements of each systems and to determine what are the requirements of ISO and account of the flight school and what not. This is because Aerosantamaría already has all the requirements under the CAA, and many of these meet the requests of the standard in question.
