dc.description.abstractUno de los principales problemas de las organizaciones es que muchas veces no utilizan su información disponible, lo que lleva a conclusiones erradas, mala gestión y el no seguimiento de objetivos.Esta memoria se basa en el diseño, construcción e implementación de un sistema de Inteligencia de Negocios, con el fin de obtener el perfil de los visitantes web de un portal universitario, mediante el análisis de sus navegaciones, y orientar la estrategia de marketing digital de una carrera universitaria. Para ello, se identifican los indicadores claves de rendimiento que entregan la información relevante para apoyar a la toma de decisiones y se utiliza una herramienta de visualización datos, que permite mostrarlosa través de reportes y gráficos de fácil interpretación para el tomador de decisiones.es_CL
dc.description.abstractOne of the main problems of organizations is that they often do not use their available information which leads to wrong conclusions, bad management and non-pursuit of objectives.This memoir is based on the design, construction and implementation of a Business Intelligence system in order to obtain the profile of web visitors through the analysis of information from a university webportal, and guide the digital marketing strategy of a university career.Initially, key performance indicators are identified that will be used to generate relevant information, through a data visualization tool, that allows the creation of reports and graphs in order to support decision making.eng
