Abstract
La realidad en que vivimos actualmente hace común la búsqueda de objetos que sean únicos, que reflejen la identidad del usuario y que no sean realizados en grandes masas, ha sido una tendencia de los consumidores en los últimos años; gracias a técnicas de producción como el prototipado rápido, podemos alcanzar la realización de nuevos productos que se ajusten a nuestro estilo de vida y que con ello desarrollen en el consumidor un sentimiento de individualidad y satisfacción mayor.Este proyecto lleva a cabo un estudio y desarrollo a partir de una herramienta de software CAD, capaz de generar nuevas técnicas que cumplen con acercar a un usuario las herramientas para diseñar sus propias suelas de zapatos, los cuales se ajustarán tanto antropométricamente como en cuanto a la geometría conceptual de la suela para con ello estar acorde al contexto de uso o de lo que el usuario pretenda representar en cuanto a identidad y estilo.A lo largo del proyecto y para lograr los objetivos, se ha utilizado el software Rhinoceros 3D junto al plug-in de diseño paramétrico Grasshopper, con ellos se generan modelos personalizables que luego son producidos gracias a técnicas de manufactura aditiva. Los procesos de terminaciones posteriores permiten que los productos realizados con técnicas de prototipado rápido sean perfectamente funcionales para los usuarios.
The reality in which we live makes common finding objects that are unique, objects that reflect the user's identity and objects who are not made in large masses, it has been a consumer trend in recent years; thanks to production techniques such as rapid prototyping, we can achieve the realization of new products that fit our lifestyle and thereby develop the consumer a sense of individuality and satisfaction.This project carries out a study and development from a CAD software tool able to generate new techniques that can bring users close to the tools used for designing their own shoe soles, these will adjust both anthropometrically and regarding the conceptual geometry of the sole to be consistent with the wearing context or what the user intends to represent in terms of identity and style.Throughout the project and to achieve the objectives, the software Rhinoceros 3D and parametric design Grasshopper plugin were used. With them, customizable models are made and then produced thanks to additive manufacturing techniques. The subsequent finishing processes allow products made with rapid prototyping techniques to be perfectly functional for users.
