Abstract
Este trabajo busca generar las bases para la gestión de la cadena de suministro yla logística de un modelo de gestión de mantenimiento con el objetivo de mejorar losindicadores de disponibilidad y confiabilidad de los equipos mediante el uso deherramientas de mejora continua, metodologías Lean y Six Sigma aplicadas a logísticay suministros, para lograr los objetivos, tanto de mantenimiento como de la empresa,basados en la agregación de valor eliminando las no conformidades en el proceso.Para generar la propuesta, se realizó un estudio de las metodologías existentespara Supply Chain Management que se basan en la mejora continua y que sonaplicables a ciclos y procesos de mantenimiento, y en las cuales se identificanoportunidades de mejora en los indicadores de disponibilidad y confiabilidad.Posteriormente, se realiza un análisis de la influencia y la relación entre losprocesos de abastecimiento y las etapas de un modelo de gestión del mantenimientogenérico, concluyendo sobre la forma en que los procesos interactúan con cada una delas etapas.Luego, se realiza un análisis para determinar los procesos críticos deabastecimiento de mantenimiento y la relación que estos tienen con el modelo denegocios. Se asignan las responsabilidades y liderazgos para cada proceso.Finalmente se presenta una propuesta de metodología para la mejora de losprocesos de abastecimiento y logística en base a la mejora continua y agregación devalor.
This work seeks to generate the bases for the management of the supply chainand the logistics of a maintenance management model with the aim of improving theavailability and reliability indicators of the equipment through the use of continuousimprovement tools, Lean and Six Sigma methodologies applied to logistics andsupplies, to achieve the objectives, both maintenance, and the enterprise, based on thevalue aggregation by eliminating non-conformities in the process.To generate the proposal, a study has been made of the existing methodologiesfor Supply Chain Management that are based on continuous improvement and that areapplicable to maintenance cycles and processes, and in which improvementopportunities are identified in the availability and reliability indicators.Subsequently, an analysis of the influence and relationship between the supplyprocesses and the stages of a generic maintenance management model is made,concluding on the way in which the processes interact with each of the stages.Then, an analysis is carried out to determine the critical maintenance supplyprocesses and the relationship they have with the business model.
