ESTUDIO DE INNOVACIÓN EN EL TRANSPORTE DE TURISTAS DESDE SU ARRIBO AL AEROPUERTO DE CHILE

Abstract

La metodología de Diseño Centrada en las Personas (DCP) permite lograr información relevante sobre las necesidades de la gente a través de la interacción y empatía. En este trabajo sobre el ámbito de la movilidad de los turistas desde al Aeropuerto en Chile y a atracciones que el visitante desea conocer es que se aplicará el proceso de Diseño Centrado en las Personas para encontrar las reales necesidades que existen en nuestro Chile. El presente trabajo mostrará las herramientas del proceso de DCP y sus resultados en cada una de las etapas, las cuales serán complementadas con otras en busca de mejorar el proceso de obtención de información, declaración del problema, definición de la solución y su implementación.

The methodology of People-Centered Desing (DCP) allos to obtain relevant information about the needs of people through interaction and empathy. In this work on the fieldof tourist mobility from the Airport in Chile and to attractions that the visitor wishes to know is that the People Centered Desing process will be applied to find the real needs that exist in our Chile. The present work will show the tools of the DCP process and their results in each of the stages, which will be complemented with others in search of improving the process of obtaining information, problem statement, solution definition and its implementation.
