PROPUESTA DE NUEVA POLÍTICA ENERGÉTICA PARA CHILE BASADA EN EL DESACOPLE DEL PIB CON EL CONSUMO ENERGÉTICO

Abstract

En este trabajo se estudia la situación actual de Chile y de países vecinos, subdesarrolladosy países desarrollados, según el survey (Payne, 2010) y (Alberto y Nieto, 2012) seestima una alta y directa relación entre el consumo energético y el PIB del país, por loque se proponen nuevas políticas energéticas para Chile de manera que se pueda lograr unmayor crecimiento a menor costos asociados a la energía, con miras de lograr el efecto dedesacople del PIB con el consumo energético.This paper studies the current situation of Chile and neighboring countries and eitherdeveloping and developed countries. According to the survey (Payne, 2010) and (Albertoy Nieto, 2012) there is a high relationship between energy consumption and GDP, sonew energy policies are proposed for Chile, so that can achieve increased growth to lowenergy associated costs in order to achieve the desired eect of GDP - Energy consumptiondecoupling.
