dc.description.abstractEn el presente trabajo de Memoria de Titulación desarrolla una propuesta de un Modelo de Mantención a aplicar en transporte por cable tipo Teleférico destino a personas. Se desarrolla conforme a las normas europeas vigentes UNE-EN 1709: Examen previo a la Puesta en Servicio, Mantenimiento y Controles de Operación y UNE-EN 12408: Aseguramiento de la Calidad. La propuesta de Modelo de Mantenimiento se basa en la utilización de herramientas de Ingeniería de Mantenimiento, Calidad y Mejoramiento Continuo con el fin de desarrollar procesos que sean consistentes en cuanto el avance hacia los objetivos que se plantean en mantenimiento como también el cumplimiento de las normas. Dichas herramientas Ingeniería de Mantenimiento, Calidad y Mejoramiento Continuo se principalmente para otorgar un mayor y mejor conocimiento del funcionamiento del Teleférico en su contexto operacional, esencial para que el Modelo sea capaz de anticiparse a la falla, controlar los riesgos y trabajar eficientemente. La principal motivación al desarrollar este trabajo es la re-apertura de Teleférico de Santiago, el cual carece de un Modelo de Mantenimiento y también la nueva licitación para la construcción de Teleférico Bicentenario, los cuales ambos dejen regirse bajo la norma europea vigente mencionada.es_CL
dc.description.abstractIn the present thesis work develops a proposal of a Maintenance Model to be applied in a cable car transport type ropeway destiny to people. It is developed in accordance with current European Norms UNE-EN 1709: Pre-commissioning, Maintenance and Operation Controls and UNE-EN 12408: Quality Assurance.The Maintenance Model proposal is based on the use of Engineering Maintenance, Quality and Continuous Improvement tools in order to develop the processes that are consistent in the progress towards the objectives that are raised in maintenance as well as the fulfillment of the European norms.These tools are used to provide greater and better knowledge of the operation of the cable car in its operational context, essential for the Model Maintenance to be capable of anticipating to the failure, control the risks and work an efficient way.The main motivation to develop this work is the re-opening of Santiago Cable Car located in Metropolitan Park, which lacks a Maintenance Model and also the new public tender for the construction of Bicentenario Cable Car, both of which left under the current European norm mentioned.eng
