MODELO DE PROCESOS PARA EMPRESA DE DESARROLLO WEB

Abstract

Izarus es una empresa de informática que se especializa en el desarrollo de sistemas y sitios web. Actualmente no posee una documentación de los procesos que realiza para llevar a cabo los desarrollos, lo que trae como consecuencia que la inducción de nuevos profesionales sea compleja al no poseer una estandarización del trabajo que se ejecuta en la empresa. Además, se dificulta descubrir falencias en los procesos y realizar un análisis correcto del uso de los recursos.La presente memoria tiene por objetivo modelar los procesos realizados en Izarus e identificar los actores en cada uno de ellos, junto con proponer mejoras y validar estas propuestas con los actores involucrados.Para modelar los procesos se utiliza la herramienta Bizagi Modeler y el estándar Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).Izarus is a company that specializes in the developing of systems and web sites. Currently, Izarus does not have documentation of the different processes that it goes through to developments a product making it difficult for new staff members, for there is no standardization of the work being performed at the company. In addition, it becomes increasingly difficult to detect deficiencies in the processes and to perform a correct analysis of the used resources.This document’s purpose is to model the processes followed by Izarus, and identify the contributors in each of them, along with giving propositions of improvement and validate these propositions with the involved actors.To model the processes, Bizagi Modeler and Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) tools are used.
