Abstract
Dentro
de
las
diferentes
distintos
diversas
empresas
obstáculos
industrias
se
para

encuentran
detectar
de
manera correcta necesidades desde la
perspectiva
de
quienes
toman
las
decisiones. Esto se debe por la poca
claridad existente de las necesidades y
requerimientos que los actores y las
empresas
tienen.
Esto
complica
de
sobremanera el quehacer de los ingenieros
responsables
de
solucionar
aquellos
problemas que surgen en el día a día.
Es por esto, que este trabajo tiene como
objetivo idear y utilizar una metodología que
sea estructurada, que permita sistematizar
la identificación clara de los requerimientos
que nacen a diario dentro de una industria.
Esto
permitirá
generar
un
diseño
conceptual que permita solucionar una
problemática dentro de una empresa. Ello,
utilizando métodos que permiten identificar,
parametrizar, analizar y evaluar diferentes
requerimientos.
Within the various industries and different companies are different obstacles to correctly detect needs from the perspective of decision makers. This is due to the lack of clarity of the needs and requirements that the actors and companies have. This complicates greatly the task of the engineers responsible for solving those problems that arise in the day to day. It is for this reason that this work aims to devise and use a methodology that is structured, allowing systematizing the clear identification of the requirements that are born daily within an industry. This will generate a conceptual design that allows solving a problem within a company. This, using methods that identify, parameterize, analyze and evaluate different requirements.
