Abstract
The construction of a metro line involves a large investment in both costs and time, it is estimated to last about 8 years from its inception with conceptual engineering until its entry into operation. However, it was observed in the process of construction of the P63 project, which contemplates the construction of lines 6 and 3, that these periods are longer due to the fact that there are lags in the different construction stages. Of the works that are carried out, the first to be built corresponds to underground work, its completion is necessary to make way for the following stages, so that their phase-outs have a direct impact on the final term. This project was born as a continuation of the study of cost estimation previously carried out in CyD Ingeniería, sponsoring company of this project, which allows modeling the cost estimation in a realistic way to use it in future lines and determines that there are different factors that influence, such as example: soil quality, construction methods, etc. It was observed that these factors influence construction times, which affects the project's term, which is why it is necessary to carry out this complementary study to determine its impact on construction. Based on this, an analysis is made of the data obtained in the period that lasted the execution of heavy work: Piques, galleries and tunnels, in Project P63, specifically in line 3, taken this information as a database that allows you to make realistic estimates of time / location programs for future work.
