Abstract
La presente memoria, tiene por finalidad analizar en detalle las causas, circunstancias y factores que influyeron, de manera directa o indirecta, en la falla de taludes de una obra vial, ocurridos mientras ésa se encontraba en construcción en la región de Aysén, tomando como objeto de estudio un perfil topográfico del proyecto ejecutado por una empresa constructora que se adjudicó la concesión de dicha obra. Respecto a los documentos entregados por la empresa ejecutora del proyecto afectado por los derrumbes mencionados previamente, así como los detalles del mandante, ejecutor, ubicación geográfica y otros aspectos técnicos están sujetos a acuerdos de confidencialidad, por lo que se omitirá la información que permita identificar a la empresa que ejecutó el proyecto, al proyecto mismo involucrado, y a la liquidadora de seguros que analizó el caso.
Al respecto, se presentará primeramente una descripción del proyecto afectado y las circunstancias acaecidas durante los días previos a los deslizamientos motivo del presente estudio. Posteriormente se expondrá el análisis de estabilidad de los taludes proyectados, para lo cual primeramente se cotejó las propiedades mecánicas del terreno obtenidas por el asesor del ejecutor de la obra con los valores esperados bibliográficamente para la zona de estudio, para finalmente realizar un retro- análisis en base a los perfiles topográficos obtenidos tras cada derrumbe, obteniendo así los parámetros más representativos del suelo de estudio con los cuales realizar el análisis mismo de estabilidad.
Luego de haber acotado que la causa de los deslizamientos ocurridos corresponde a un diseño erróneo en la inclinación de los mismos, se analizarán las alternativas para otorgar una estabilidad que satisfaga las condiciones de servicio y requerimientos mínimos de seguridad para un correcto desempeño de la obra vial en estudio, para finalmente presentar un análisis económico del costo que habría implicado implementarlas, en contraste de las pérdidas sufridas con motivo de estos eventos.
The purpose of this report is to analyze in detail the causes, circumstances and factors that influenced, directly or indirectly, the fault of slopes of a road work while it was under construction in the Aysen region, taking as study object a topographic outline of the project executed by a construction company that was awarded the concession of said work. Regarding the documents submitted by the executing company of the project, affected by the landslides previously mentioned, as well as the details of the principal, executing agency, geographical location and other technical aspects, are subject to confidentiality agreements, so that, the information which allow identify company that executed the project, to the same project involved, and to the claim adjuster who analyzed the case, will be omited. In this regard, a description of the affected project and the circumstances that occurred during the days prior to the landslide will be presented first. Subsequently, the stability analysis of the projected slopes will be exposed, for which the mechanical properties of the terrain were obtained by the executioner's advisor with the bibliographically expected values for the study area were checked, in order to finally carry out a retro-analysis based on the topographic outlines obtained after each landslide, thus obtaining the most representative parameters of the soil’s study with which to perform the stability analysis itself. After having noted that the cause of the landslides occurred, will be analyzed the alternatives to provide a stability that satisfies the conditions the service conditions and the minimum safety requirements for the road work in study, in contrast to the losses suffered due to these events.
