Abstract
El objetivo principal del presente trabajo está enfocado en revertir la actual crisishidrológica que se vive a nivel mundial, dándole prioridad a la zona con mayor escasezde recursos del territorio chileno, enfrentando al principal causante, el ser humano. Todomal hábito se debe solucionar empezando por casa, es por eso que, para generar un real ypermanente cambio en la población, es de gran relevancia enfocarse en la forma quetienen las personas de consumir agua en su vida cotidiana, lo que conlleva a darle énfasisal consumo domiciliario. Este trabajo espera demostrar que la solución presentada es laacertada a la hora de tomarle el real valor del recurso hídrico.La propuesta, motivada por una empresa privada debido a su interés en el tema ya la introducción de artefactos de alta eficiencia en el mercado sanitario, está basado en laconstrucción y e implementación de una unidad didáctica móvil con la cual se puedanabordar dos de los grandes problemas que existen en la actualidad con respecto a laineficiencia hídrica: el inadecuado uso por parte de las personas y la falta deprofesionales capacitados en el área sanitaria con manejo en consumo eficiente de agua.Para el primer problema, se pretende utilizar el módulo para realizar charlas educativas einformativas a la población, junto con pruebas de consumo demostrativas yasesoramiento para generar conciencia y provocar un cambio permanente en los hábitosde uso del agua. En lo que respecta al segundo problema, la unidad será utilizada comolaboratorio en la cual se llevarán a cabo cursos de capacitación para instaladoressanitarios en lo que respecta a eficiencia hídrica, siendo el enfoque aprender los correctosprocedimientos de trabajo, conocer las nuevas tecnologías disponibles para losrequerimientos actuales de equipos y componentes eficientes y ser capaces de realizar suscorrectas instalaciones.Dentro de los módulos que se impartirán está contemplado enseñar los correctosprocedimientos de instalación de redes y artefactos sanitarios, considerando seguridad yherramientas, dar a conocer las nuevas tecnologías disponibles para ahorro en consumode agua y sus respectivos métodos de montaje, los correctos procedimientos demantenimiento sanitario y verificación de trabajos realizados cumpliendo con normativasy calidad.Los costos estimados para la construcción de una unidad didáctica móvil bordeanlos USD$ 7.500, por lo que se puede pensar que es una buena opción poder replicarlo ycomercializarlo para hacer uso de él en diferentes localidades a través de los municipios oprogramas y para ser utilizado por institutos y universidades para preparar a sus alumnosen el área sanitaria.
The main objective of this work is focused on reversing the current hydrologicalcrisis that is being experienced worldwide, giving priority to the area with the greatestscarcity of resources in the Chilean territory, facing the main cause, the human being.Every bad habit must be solved starting at home, that is why, in order to generate a realand permanent change in the population, it is of great relevance to focus on the waypeople have to consume water in their daily lives, which leads to give emphasis to theconsumption domiciliary. This paper hopes to demonstrate that the solution presented isthe right one when taking the real value of the water resource.The proposal, motivated by a private company due to its interest in the subjectand the introduction of high efficiency devices in the sanitary market, is based on theconstruction and implementation of a mobile didactic unit with which two of the greatproblems that currently exist with respect to water inefficiency: the inadequate use by thepeople and the lack of trained professionals in the sanitary area with management inefficient water consumption. For the first problem, it is intended to use the module toconduct educational and informative talks to the population, along with demonstrativeconsumption tests and advice to raise awareness and bring about a permanent change inwater use habits. With regard to the second problem, the unit will be used as a laboratoryin which training courses for health installers will be carried out in terms of waterefficiency, with the focus being to learn the correct working procedures, to know the newtechnologies available for the current requirements of efficient equipment andcomponents and to be able to perform their correct installations.Among the modules that will be taught is to teach the correct procedures ofinstallation of networks and sanitary devices, considering safety and tools, to makeknown the new technologies available for saving water consumption and their respectiveassembly methods, the correct procedures of sanitary maintenance and verification ofwork done in compliance with regulations and quality.The estimated costs for the construction of a mobile didactic unit are around USD$ 7,500, so you can think that it is a good option to be able to replicate and market it tomake use of it in different localities through the municipalities or programs and to beused by institutes and universities to prepare their students in the sanitary area.
