Abstract
El trabajo desarrollado nace debido a 2 principales razones; la primera es la necesidad de ayudar a la comuna de Doñihue a poder desarrollarse como comuna turística y la segunda es la motivación propia por desarrollar un negocio original, con visión y rentabilidad. Para poder cumplir ambos objetivos se decidió realizar un estudio de la situación actual de la comuna de Doñihue, basado en la proyección de un negocio orientado en el Geo Marketing, el cual abarca las áreas del turismo, marketing, sistemas de información geográfica y, en mi caso particular, negocios. Se presentará la maqueta del negocio y producto a generar, analizando también la viabilidad y proyección de éxito que puedan tener.
This work born because of two main reasons, the first one is the need to help the community of Doñihue to develop as a tourist municipality, and the second reason is the self-motivation to develop an original business, with future projection and rentability. To accomplish both, it was decided to conduct a study of the current situation of the commune of Doñihue, based on the projection of a business oriented in Geo Marketing, which covers the areas of tourism, marketing, geographic information systems and, in my particular case, business. Will be presented the model of the product and business, analyzing the feasibility and projected success that may have.
