ARQUITECTURA DUAL UN SOPORTE AL ROL DUAL NORMALIDAD/EMERGENCIA

Abstract

Este proceso de título aborda como catástrofe natural los Tsunamis desde el puntode vista de la evacuación. Sigue la metodología aplicada en el Taller Dual, tallerformativo de 3 año del Departamento de Arquitectura de la Universidad FedericoSanta María donde el alumno titulante tuvo la oportunidad de ser Ayudante elprimer semestre del año 2016.Se decide estudiar el borde costero entre Reñaca y Concón por tener condicionesde borde diferentes, en su mayoría de acantilado y rocoso. Realizando un EstudioMacro multi-variante por tramos se identifica el lugar más desfavorable desde elpunto de vista de la emergencia para emplazar el proyecto. Y luego se hace unestudio del lugar obteniendo las directrices de diseño que se hace cargo de laproblemática del uso Dual Normalidad/Emergencia consolidando el sector yfomentando la reactivación del tramo estudiado.

This titulation process tackles as a natural catastrophe the tsunamis from a evacuationperspective. Continuing with the methodology applied in the Dual ArchitectureWorkshop, a training workshop of the third year in the Architecture Department atthe Technical University Federico Santa María where the student in certificationprocess had the oportunity to be Assistant student the first semester of the 2016.It is decided to study the coastal áreas between Reñaca and Concón because oftheir differents conditions of edge, mostly of cliffs and rocky. By making aMulti-varying Macro Study divided instalments, it was identified the mostunfavourable place from a emergency perspective to place the proyect. Then it wasmade a Study of the place, obtaining the guidelines of design which take charge ofthe dual use Normality/Emergency issue, consolidating the área and fostering thereactivation of the studied instalment.
