Abstract
For organizations, according to the ILO1, work-related stress is considered a main threat that directly affects their main driver, the workers. Without exceptions, within these organizations, those of a governmental nature are also affected, due to their commitment and functionality within society. For a country, all government agencies are of vital help, since due to their mission, they must be present in every step that is taken for the development of the country and collaboration for all the procedures that a community requires. This work has been based on developing a proposal to combat work stress that benefits the preventive and / or generalized corrective management of government agencies. Aiming at those public officials who, despite the contingency that exists today, had to continue working in person. Although the focus is directed at these collaborators, those workers who had to continue their work at home through telework will not be ruled out. A questionnaire on Work Stress from the ILO and WHO2 will be used, to then obtain results of the stress levels that may exist in the organization. This will serve to obtain quantitative figures and to be able to develop investment proposals based on these results. The purpose of obtaining figures that measure stress in the workplace is to propose alternative therapy workshop programs that help promote self-care in occupational health. Using integrative techniques for each level of perceived stress. These have been selected under the premise of previous scientific research in the areas of health and university research and accepted by a Committee of Experts in Integrative Therapies belonging to the region. On the other hand, this intervention proposal has been contextualized to be able to face work stress by promoting the health, well-being and mental self-care of all workers who are exposed to this pandemic situation due to the worldwide known virus COVID 19.
