ESTUDIO DE LA PRODUCTIVIDAD DE UNA PLANTA CHANCADORA DE AGREGADOS

Abstract

En términos generales, en la zona norte del país, se están realizando pilas de Biolixiviación para la extracción del cobre. Para ello, es necesario contar con una gran base estabilizada, en donde el material granular es procesado por medio de un chancador proporcionado por el mandante. Al ser un chancador de segunda mano, éste presenta fallas técnicas y problemas de ejecución por parte del contratista, quien atribuye dicho problema al uso que se le dio anteriormente al chancador y no por mérito propio.En base a esto, se utilizará la base de datos proporcionada por parte del propio contratista, para analizar la disponibilidad total de la planta durante 9 meses a partir de septiembre del 2011, con el fin de demostrar que ésta rinde según el diseño esperado, y además buscar posibles soluciones técnicas y logísticas que se deben aplicar para aumentar el rendimiento total de la planta y/o la gestión que se debe tener al momento de operarla.
