PROYECTO PARA INSTALAR AEROSANTAMARIA EN EL AERODROMO DE PELDEHUE

Abstract

El presente trabajo de titulación alude a realizar un estudio de factibilidad del posible traslado de la escuela de vuelo Aerosantamaría, actualmente localizada en Los Andes, al aeródromo en construcción Peldehue, en la comuna de Colina.Aerosantamaría, inaugurada en 2010, es la escuela de vuelo de la Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María, encargada de formar a los próximos pilotos comerciales.Para poder realizar el estudio de factibilidad, se procede a entrevistar a funcionarios para recopilar información de cómo es el funcionamiento actual de la escuela y cuáles son las instalaciones con las que cuentan.Se obtienen las dimensiones mínimas de las instalaciones con las que la escuela debiera contar en el aeródromo Peldehue, junto con las instalaciones por construir que serían necesarias para complementar y mejorar el funcionamiento de la escuela, además de conocer las características de las clases realizadas y las etapas a cumplir por los alumnos para conseguir sus licencias de pilotos comerciales.Tras el análisis anterior, se obtiene que actualmente la escuela cuenta con instalaciones básicas, las cuales, si bien permiten su correcto funcionamiento, podrían resultar un impedimento cuando requiera crecer, como por ejemplo la falta de servicios sanitarios en sus instalaciones y la falta de oficinas privadas para sus empleados.Es de acuerdo con lo anterior que, al momento de analizar la factibilidad del traslado, se realiza una valorización de las instalaciones mínimas que ésta debiera tener, las instalaciones por construir, tanto de administración como las operacionales, y las conexiones a los servicios básicos a dichas instalaciones; además de evaluar como el traslado impactaría los programas de vuelos actuales.Palabras Claves: escuela de vuelo, instalaciones, programas de vuelo.

The following thesis refers to the study of the relocation of the flight school Aerosantamaría, currently located at Los Andes city, to the aerodrome Peldehue, currently under construction, located at Colina city.Aerosantamaría, inaugurated in 2010, is the flight school in charge of preparing commercial pilots studying at Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María.In order to perform the study of relocation, staff members of the school were interviewed with the intention of understanding how the school works today and which are the facilities that allows them to operate on a daily basis.The minimum facilities that the school needs in their new location were obtained, along with the ones that should be built in order to enhance the performance of the school, aside from knowing the characteristics of the classes and the milestones that the students need to pass in order to obtain their commercial pilot license.After the previous analysis, it follows that the facilities that the school has today, while allows them to function, they may result as an inconvenient if the school plans to grow, since today the school doesn’t have bathroom facilities and offices for their staff.According to what was just established, when studying the relocation of the school an economic evaluation is performed, considering the minimum facilities, the ones that should be constructed, for both the administration of the school and the aeronautical operations, and the hook up to water and electricity; additionally, of estimating how the relocations would affect the flight programs.
