Abstract
El objetivo principal de esta memoria consiste básicamente en analizar la información estratégica y operativa disponible en la empresa Everis en Latinoamérica, y de acuerdo a esto modelar una solución de dirección y planificación estratégica basada en el modelo Balanced Scorecard o Cuadro de Mando Integral, el cual le permita a la compañía traducir su estrategia en acción, trasladando las declaraciones efectuadas a través de los objetivos estratégicos, en 4 perspectivas estratégicas, at nivel táctico-operacional, encadenando las hipótesis estratégicas en relaciones causa efecto y cuidando que éstas sean medibles en el tiempo utilizando indicadores financieros y no financieros, al mismo tiempo que combinando el largo plazo con el corto plazo.
The main objective of this research consists basically in to analyze the strategic and operative information available in the Everis company in Latin America, and regarding to this design a strategic planification and management solution based on the Balanced Scorecard model or Cuadro de Mando Integral, which will let to the company to translate its strategy into action, moving the executed declarations through the strategic objectives, in 4 strategic perspectives, to the tactical-operational level, connecting the strategic hypothesis in cause-effect relations and looking after that they will be measurables through the time using both financial and non financial performance drivers, at the same time that combining the short and the long term.
