Abstract
75%.
The Blue Ocean Strategy created and developed by W. Chan Kin and Renée Mauborgne is a methodology to generate new areas of opportunity in the market, leaving aside the importance of competition in the industry that develops, creating a new form deliver value to consumers and companies using this methodology. For the strategy to be successful, you should minimize the risk which is essential stop competing, leading to develop a diagnostic tool called the strategic picture and diagram. This table allows us to observe the current behavior of market variables displaying investments in competitive players for either products or services that are delivered to consumers. Industry Support Services ERP, is notable for having a high participation of competitors in various sizes will range from multinational companies who deliver their services in freelance. That is why it is very important and attractive to present a new ERP support services supported by a non-traditional methodology allows to generate new market opportunities. The projected growth in sales of Latin American ERP market is over 11% since 2011, which promises a significant increase in sales in the service industry support for these applications, which reduces the risk of investments apply in the execution of Blue Ocean Strategy. The strategy was based on the tools presented in the methodology, which are applied step by step as indicated by the authors delivering the expected result. These tools (Table Strategic outline of the four actions, and matrix elimination- reduce-raise-create), analyze and deliver the results according to the variables displayed in the market, but non-existing variables and required by customers, where innovation in the value delivered to them, generating the expected value curve for the new ERP support services expected. The analysis is based on the knowledge base acquired by primary research, secondary, and personal interviews with knowledgeable industry ERP. We developed an economic evaluation to see the commercial viability of the service, taking as its horizon 5 years for the development and commercialization of new service developed. Given the assumptions, detailed costs and revenues, economic evaluation provides a result of being a profitable business from the economic point of view. The estimated NPV is positive, which reaches a sum of $404.417.444, considering a discount rate of 10%, with an IRR of a 75%.
