PROPUESTA DE PLAN DE OPERACIÓN Y MANTENIMIENTO DE UNA PLANTA SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICA DE TECHO

Abstract

La escasez de conciencia en la operación y mantención de plantas solares se encuentra aún presente en la mentalidad actual. La idea de que un sistema solar fotovoltaico, de las magnitudes que sea, se instale y descuide por 25 años, esperando tener los ingresos proyectados en un inicio, no es factible para todos los lugares del mundo, aquellas variables que no son manipuladas por el hombre, p.e. las características geográfícas y el clima, son los factores más importantes en el desarrollo y expectativas de utilidad de un proyecto solar, así como en cualquier energía renovable no convencional.

The lack of awareness in the operation and maintenance of solar power plants is still present in the current mentality. The idea that a photovoltaic solar system, of whatever magnitude, is installed for 25 years, expecting to have the projected revenues without any maintenance, is not feasible for all places in the world, those variables that are not manipulated by the man, e.g. geographical characteristics and climate are the most important factors in the development and useful expectations of a solar project, as well as in any non-conventional renewable energy.
