Abstract
La televisión digital es una tecnología clave en la difusión de contenido audiovisual, y con el crecimiento de las normas de transmisión, el estándar ISDB-T se ha consolidado como uno de los más utilizados por su flexibilidad y robustez. Sin embargo, en Linux falta una solución integrada y accesible para el proceso completo bajo ISDB-T, lo que aumenta la complejidad y limita su aplicación; se privilegia Linux debido a que es el entorno más extendido, de menor costo y alta disponibilidad. En este contexto, la presente memoria tiene como objetivo desarrollar un programa integrado y accesible en Linux para la transmisión de señal de televisión mediante el protocolo ISDB-T, utilizando la tarjeta moduladora DekTec DTA-115. El proyecto se enfoca en la implementación eficiente de la codificación, modulación y transmisión de contenido audiovisual a través de ISDB-T. Para ello, se desarrolló un software en lenguaje Python que interactúa con la tarjeta moduladora, permitiendo una transmisión estable y confiable. Además, se realizaron pruebas exhaustivas para verificar la calidad de la señal transmitida y su estabilidad en diversas condiciones. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que el sistema propuesto es una solución viable y efectiva para la transmisión de señales de televisión bajo el estándar ISDB-T, contribuyendo al desarrollo de tecnologías de transmisión de televisión digital más eficientes y accesibles.
Digital television is a key technology for distributing audiovisual content, and with the growth of transmission standards, the ISDB-T protocol has become one of the most widely used for its flexibility and robustness. However, on Linux there is still no integrated and accessible solution for the complete process under ISDB-T, which increases complexity and limits its application; Linux is favored because it is the most widespread, lower-cost, and highly available environment. In this context, this thesis aims to develop an integrated and accessible Linux program for the transmission of television signals using the ISDB-T protocol with the DekTec DTA-115 modulator card. The project focuses on the efficient implementation of encoding, modulation, and transmission of audiovisual content through ISDB-T. To this end, software was developed in Python that interacts with the modulator card, enabling stable and reliable transmission. In addition, exhaustive tests were conducted to verify the quality of the transmitted signal and its stability under diverse conditions. The results show that the proposed system is a viable and efective solution for television signal transmission under the ISDB-T standard, contributing to the development of more efficient and accessible digital television transmission technologies.
