Desarrollo de software de activación automática de servicios de telefonía IP

Abstract

El presente trabajo se centra en desarrollo de un software de provisión automática de servicios de Telefonía IP para la empresa Telefónica Chile. Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de poder responder al aumento de la demanda de telefonía IP en nuestro país; el sistema manual que se utilizaba anteriormente no cumplía con los requerimientos para cubrir la demanda actual, por lo que se decidió automatizar el proceso de negocio para entregar un servicio más rápido y de mayor calidad al cliente, a través de menores tasas de errores y mejores tiempos de respuesta. La solución fue implementada utilizando el framework OVSA, sobre el que se trabajó con flujos propietarios, Java, XML y XSL.This work focuses on development of software providing automatic IP Telephony services for the company Telefónica Chile. This project stems from the need to be able to respond to increasing demand for IP telephony in our country, the manual system that was used previously, did not meet the requirements to meet the current demand, it was decided to automate the process a service business to deliver faster and higher-quality customer, through lower rates of errors and better response times. The solution was implemented using the framework OVSA, which is working with Java, XML and XSL.
