Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo el desarrollo de una interfaz que actúe entre
sistemas de aplicación representacional de estados (API Rest), capaz de cuantificar en
índices objetivos de carga y navegación la calidad de navegación de usuarios web. Esta
navegación se realiza reproduciendo instrucciones previamente asignadas sin intervención
posterior del programador.
El desarrollo actual se basa en la implementación de NodeJs para un sistema de
medición de calidad de páginas web. Para su funcionamiento, se integran librerías de
API Rest utilizando Express, Base de Datos, Controlador del Browser y Comparación
de Imágenes, entre otras. Con lo anterior se realiza una autenticación y navegación en
la web consultada, capturando indicadores objetivos de la página web auditada.
La mencionada API Rest está destinada a empresas que requieran conocer los puntos
críticos en el menor tiempo posible de fallas o problemas de carga. La interfaz permite
identificar aquello que afecta a sus clientes visualizando su navegación, cuantificando su
tasa de desajuste y tiempos de carga de sus páginas web, contribuyendo así a mejorar
la experiencia de usuario mejorando estos aspectos.
La API Rest programada será utilizada por la empresa Axiovista S.A. en la implementación
de sus Sondas en la medición de Calidad de Servicios y Experiencia.
The present work aims to develop an interface that acts between representational state application systems (API Rest), able of quantify the browsing quality of web uses in load and navigation indicators. This navigation is performed by reproducing previously assigned instructions without further intervention of the programmer. The current development is based on the implementation of NodeJs for a quality measurement system for web pages. For its operation, API Rest libraries are integrated using Express, Database, Browser Driver and Image Comparison, among others. With the above, an authentication and navigation is carried out on the consulted website, capturing objective indicators of the audited web page. The mencioned API Rest is oriented for companies that need to know the critical points in the shortest possible time of failures or load problems. The interface allows to identify what affects the customers by visualizing their navigation, quantifying their rate of misadjustment and load times of your web pages, contributing this way to improve the user experience by improving these aspects. The API Rest developed will be used by Axiovista S.A. in the implementation of its Probes in the measurement of Quality of Services and Experience.
