Abstract
En el presente Trabajo de Titulo se elabora un plan de mantenimiento basado en la metodología AMFEC (Análisis de modos de falla, efectos y criticidad), principalmente en las maquinas con mayor índice criticidad o probabilidad de falla dentro del proceso productivo de la empresa metalmecánica AMP Ingeniería Ltda.Inicialmente se realiza un análisis de criticidad basado en datos recolectados de toda la maquinaria de la empresa con el fin de seleccionar solo las con mayor peligro de tener fallas.Luego la metodología AMFEC será aplicada en las maquinas seleccionadas anteriormente y se realiza un plan de mantenimiento anual para ellas, junto con analizar sus costos y beneficios asociados, para luego entregar a la empresa un programa de mantención para sus máquinas más críticas.
In this Work a maintenance plan based on the FMEA methodology (analysis of failure modes, effects and criticality), focused mainly on machinery with most criticality or probability of failure within the production process of the engineering company is prepared AMP engineering Ltd.Initially, a criticality analysis based on data collected from the whole machinery of the company in order to select only the most danger of failure is performed.Then the FMEA methodology will be applied in the previously selected machines and annual maintenance plan for them is performed, along with analyzing their associated costs and benefits, then give the company a maintenance program for your most critical machines.
