Abstract
En esta memoria se busca innovar en el monitoreo de ubicación y productividad para cualquier tipo de vehículo que transporte carga, en específico se desarrolló y probó en una flota minera ubicada en la región de Coquimbo. Esto fue posible gracias a la utilización de beacons para marcar variados puntos de interés de la mina, como carga y descarga de material, y un hardware propio de la empresa Vigalab para transformar las máquinas en recolectores y transportadores de datos sobre ubicación y estado, todo esto sustentado por el software de análisis de datos, desarrollado en esta memoria.
Este software logró centralizar de manera automática los datos de productividad de la mina, como también el estado y ubicación de cada una de sus máquinas. Esta información se entrega a los trabajadores en una aplicación web con una variedad de visualizaciones que muestran información histórica, detallada y en tiempo real. Gracias a esto se redujo la carga de trabajo de los trabajadores, se detectaron y optimizaron varios procesos de la faena y se aumentó la seguridad de cada uno de los operadores de las máquinas debido a la detallada información, en todo momento, de la ubicación y estado de cada una de las máquinas. Todo fue posible sin la necesidad de levantar infraestructura adicional dentro de la mina.
In this thesis, the objective is to innovate in the monitoring of location and productivity for any type of cargo-carrying vehicles, specifically developed and tested within a mining fleet located in the Coquimbo region. This achievement became possible through the utilization of beacons to mark various points of interest within the mine, such as loading and unloading areas, and Vigalab's proprietary hardware to transform the machines into collectors and transporters of their location and status data, all of this is substantiated by a data analysis software, developed in this thesis. This software successfully centralized, in an automated manner, the productivity data of the mine, as well as the status and location of each of its machines. This information is presented to the workers through a web application with a variety of visualizations that provide historical, detailed, and real-time insights. Consequently, the workload of various workers was reduced, several operational processes were detected and optimized in the mining operation, and the safety of each machine operator was enhanced due to the detailed information available at all times regarding the location and status of each machine. All of this was achieved without the need to establish additional infrastructure within the mine.
