dc.description.abstractEste trabajo busca proponer un plan de acción que sea efectivo en el mejoramiento de la gestion de inventarios de la Unidad de Mantenimiento del campus San Joaquín de la UTFSM en base a su funcionamiento y estado actual. Más adelante se mostrarán distintos objetivos a cumplir, los cuales serán claves en el Desarrollo para esta memoria de título. Este trabajo se encontrará basado en el diagnóstico que se realice a la Unidad de Mantenimiento en multiples áreas, dando a conocer aspectos organizacionales, flujos de procesos, Sistema de información utilizado y aspectos de control, lo que revelará problemas que puedan ser evidenciados.es_CL
dc.description.abstractThis work seeks to provide an action plan that will be effective in improving the inventory management of the Maintenance Unit of the UTFSM San Joaquin campus based on its operation and current status. Later on, different objectives to be fulfilled will be shown, wich will be key in the development of this degree thesis. This work will be based on the diagnosis tht is made to the Maintenance Unit in multiple areas, showing organizational aspects, process flows, information system used and control aspects, wich will reveal problems that can be evidenced.es_CL
