Abstract
La memoria presenta La aplicación de Inteligencia de Negocios para Los sistemas VOD (Video On Demand) de una empresa de telecomunicaciones del mercado nacional. Se analiza la información existente en los sistemas y se buscaran patrones existentes entre los clientes, para lo cual se utilizarán análisis exploratorio en los datos, como también algoritmos de clasificación, generando así un método para poder optimizar las estrategias de marketing y enfocándose en un público realmente propenso a reaccionar frente a una campaña.
This thesis presents the Business Intelligence application of the VOD system (Video On Demand) that a national telecommunication business offers as a service, We will analyze the information of the systems and we will search for patterns amongst their customers. With that purpose we will use an exploratory analysis of the existent data, as well as the classification method, with the intention of generating a new method that optimizes the marketing strategies and that it focuses on the target public that usually reacts to a campaign.
