DISEÑO E IMPLEMENTACIÓN DE SISTEMA INFROMÁTICO COMO APOYO EN EL MEJORAMIENTO Y CONTROL DE LOS PROCESOS OPERATIVOS DENTRO DE UN SISTEMA DE GESTIÓN DE CALIDAD

Abstract

In this document is shown the creation of a computer system in order to support the improvement and control of the processes in a company that seeks to achieve quality standards regulated by the ISO certification 9001:2008 The system will be developed as an extension of an existing system within the company, and will be used by both the tools and methodologies of construction thereof, showing the ability to use IT for a small organization, belonging to a category very closed such as the Customs Agencies. Achieving further observe the impact of the use of such systems within the organization helping to improve not only the quality of services provided but also in productivity, which will bring many benefits to the organization itself

En el presente documento se muestra la creación de un sistema informático con la finalidad de prestar apoyo en el mejoramiento y control de los procesos propios de una empresa que busca lograr los estándares de calidad normados por la certificación ISO 9001:2008. El sistema se desarrollará como una ampliación de un sistema ya existente dentro de la empresa, y se utilizarán por tanto las herramientas y metodologías de construcción del mismo, mostrando la capacidad de utilización de las TI por una pequeña organización, perteneciente a un rubro muy cerrado como el de las Agencias de Aduana. Lográndose observar, además, el impacto de la utilización de este tipo de sistemas dentro de la organización ayudando a mejorar no sólo la calidad de los servicios prestados sino que además en la productividad, lo que traerá consigo diversos beneficios a la organización misma.
