Abstract
El presente trabajo realiza un estudio referente a las herramientas creadas por IBM para el aprendizaje e implementación de la metodología de control organizacional conocida como BPM: Business Process Management, comenzando por la identificación de estas para analizar sus fortalezas y debilidades en cuanto a aspectos técnicos, seguido de una revisión conceptual a fin de identificar como estas herramientas pueden ser un complemento al aprendizaje de la teoría de BPM.
Se busca analizar el impacto que tiene la aplicación de esta metodología de trabajo organizacional visto a partir de la aplicación de esta en un caso ya sea ficticio o real, siendo el aprendiz de ello, guiado por una persona conocedora del tema. Para esto se generaron una guía de estudio para el alumno, y otra de enseñanza para el instructor para asegurar el correcto aprendizaje conceptual y práctico. Esto logrando que el alumno entienda la relevancia de BPM.
The present work makes a study concerning tools created by IBM for learning purposes and also for implementing a methodology of organizational control, known as BPM: Business Process Management, starting with identifying these tools with the goal of to analyse their strenghts and weaknesses of their technical aspects, and then reviewing the concepts, with the intention of identifying how these tools can be a complement for the learning process of the BPM theory. This work seeks after to analyse the impact this organizational methodology application has, which can be seen since the application of it in a case, either fictitious or real, where the learner can be guided by a mentor in the subject. For this purpose a learning manual for the student, and also a teaching manual or the mentor were created, for ensuring the perfect practical and theorical learning process. With all this the learner will be able to know the importance and relevance of BPM.
