Abstract
El presente estudio tiene como finalidad diseñar un modelo de negocio innovador para la
unidad de servicio técnico de la zona norte del país de la empresa Industria Mecánica Vogt,
la cual opera en la industria minera, la finalidad de esta tesis es crear ventaja competitiva y
comparativa con sus principales competidores a través de la generación de un modelo de
negocio innovador.
La hipótesis se ha planteado con la intención de analizar capacidades y atributos
diferenciales necesarios para generar un servicio técnico innovador y diferenciado mediante
un nuevo modelo de negocio innovador y estudiar la capacidad de este último en crear
valor para la empresa.
Se presenta un marco teórico que define los conceptos de innovación, modelo de negocio
y explica el porqué de la necesidad de innovar en los modelos de negocios en las empresas,
se profundiza y estudian los principales modelos de negocios que se encuentran en la
literatura especializada, también se muestra un caso empresarial detallando todo el proceso.
El marco teórico concluye explicando el porqué del modelo de negocio seleccionado
(Canvas) y definiendo y explicando en detalle cada uno de los bloques del cual está
compuesto este.
En la cuarta parte de este trabajo se aplican los conceptos y bloques del modelo de negocio
anteriormente indicado, aplicado estos a nuestro caso de estudio en
manufacturera nacional de bombas centrifugas
la compañía
Industria Mecánica Vogt S.A,
específicamente a su unidad de servicio técnico de la sucursal de Antofagasta. En este
punto se desglosa y detallan todas las etapas del proceso de ideación y diseño del modelo
de negocio utilizando la ontología Canvas y su estrategia de implementación y control.
Finalmente se mencionan los pasos a seguir luego de la creación del modelo de negocio
tratando así de responder cabalmente a la hipótesis planteada.
En cuanto a las conclusiones, se indica que no existe un único modelo de negocio
para
nuestro caso e industria es más se concluye que este debe ser adaptable y flexible debe ser
plástico y moldeable a las condiciones de la industria y mercado y específicamente a las
necesidades de los clientes; sin embargo el modelo de negocios diseñado y propuesto tiene
elementos innovadores y diferenciadores en comparación con los modelos existente hoy en
esta industria y se menciona que estos elementos diferenciadores deben ser tomados como
base para la adaptación a otros nuevos modelos dentro de este contexto empresarial. El
modelo de negocio diseñado está compuesto de una visión, estratégica y comercial de
largo plazo
y un
posee un plan estratégico que consiste
en integrar elementos
fragmentados y diferenciadores que actualmente posee la compañía y a los cuales no se les
ha sacado un verdadero provecho, poniéndolos en primera línea como verdaderos atributos
de valor hacia los clientes.
The present study aims to design an innovative business model for the service unit of the northern region of Vogt Mechanical Industry Company, which operates in the mining industry; the purpose of this thesis is to create competitive advantage and comparative with its main competitors through the creation of an innovative business model. The hypothesis has been raised with the intention of analyzing differential skills and attributes necessary to generate innovative and differentiated service through a new innovative business model and study the ability of the latter to create value for the company. We present a theoretical framework defining the concepts of innovation, business model and explains why the need to innovate in business models in business, study deepens and the main business models found in the literature, also shown a business case detailing the whole process. The theoretical framework concludes by explaining why the business model selected (Canvas) and defining and explaining in detail each of the blocks which comprises this. In the fourth part of this paper we apply the concepts and business model blocks previously mentioned, applied these to our case study on the national manufacturing company Industry Mechanical centrifugal pumps Vogt SA, specifically technical service unit of the branch Antofagasta. At this point breaks down and lists all the stages of ideation and design process of the business model ontology using Canvas and strategy implementation and control. Finally are the steps to follow after the creation of the business model thus trying to respond fully to the hypothesis. As for the findings, indicates that there is no single business model and industry for our case is concluded that this must be adaptable and flexible to be moldable plastic and industry conditions and market specifically to the needs customers, but the business model has elements designed and proposed innovative and differentiated compared with existing models in the industry today and mentioned that these differentiators should be taken as a basis for adaptation to other new models within this business context. Designed business model consists of a vision, strategic and long-term business and has a strategic plan is to integrate fragmented and differentiated elements that currently owns the company and which have not been taken a real advantage, putting them in first line as real value attributes to customers.
