GEOLOCALIZACIÓN EN TIEMPO REAL DE ARRIENDO, COMPRA Y VENTA DE PROPIEDADES, EN ANDROID

Abstract

Hoy en dia, existen algunos métodos para buscar propiedades al momento de querer realizar una yenta, una compra o un arriendo, pero estos involucran el uso de un computador o un papel, lo que conlieva a una perdida de recursos, tiempo y oportunidades. Por esta razón, nace la necesidad de generar un software para dispositivos móviles que entregue una solución a este problema. Este software utilizará Ia teenologia UPS, de un dispositivo móvil que tenga el Sistema Operativo Android, para localizar y notificar en tiempo real las propiedades de interés que se encuentren airededor del sector actual. Los usuanos podrán ingresar sus propias propiedades al sistema y ver la información de las propiedades ya ingresadas al seleccionarlas en un mapa, junto con realizar el contacto con el vendedor o arrendatario de la compra o arriendo respectivamente, desde el mismo dispositivo móvil.

Nowadays, there are some ways for looking up properties when wanting to make a sale, a purchase or a lease; but they involve the use of a computer or a paper, resulting in a loss of resources, time and opportunities. For this reason, comes the need to generate a software for mobile devices that brings a solution to this problem. This software will use GPS technology, from a mobile device with Android Operating System, to locate and alert interesting properties around the current sector in real-time. The users will be able to add their own properties to the system and view the information of already entered properties by selecting them on a map, along with establishing the contact with the seller or lessee of the purchase or lease respectively, from same mobile device.
