This master's thesis aims to apply the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to prioritize strategic projects in a global distribution and retail company, Inchcape Americas. The methodology involves defining and reviewing the hierarchy of factors, collecting, and analyzing data, running AHP analysis using SuperDecisions software, and evaluating the results and applicability. The results of the AHP analysis rank five types of projects according to their weights and priorities; accompanied by sensitivity analysis that tells how stable those results are. The study concludes that the AHP approach is a useful and practical decision support framework for project prioritization, and that the proposed hierarchy and criteria are consistent and applicable to the context of Inchcape Americas.es
