IMPLEMENTACION DE PLAN DE SEGURIDAD Y SALUD EN EL TRABAJO, PARA LA EMPRESA COMERCIAL ALDO BALOENHOL FLORES E.I.R.L. BASADO EN LA NORMA OSHAS 18.001:2007

Abstract

Con la finalidad de obtener el título profesional de Ingeniero en Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y Ambientales, se implementó un Plan de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo basado en la norma internacional OHSAS 18001:2007 en la empresa Comercial Aldo Patricio Balkenhol Flores E.I.R.L, diagnosticando la situación de la empresa, identificando los departamentos de trabajo (4) y reconociendo su estado preventivo, además se diseñó el Plan de Salud y Seguridad en el trabajo y se evaluó este último con el fin de ver si se mejoraron las brechas identificadas al principio del trabajo, durante el año 2014 y principios del 2015, debido a que la empresa no contaba con un sistema definido en temas de prevención de riesgos dada a la condición que esta presenta, reconociéndola como una mediana y joven empresa en su rubro, para mejorar las deficiencias encontradas en las revisiones realizadas para este trabajo de título, todo con la finalidad de dejar a la empresa Comercial Aldo Patricio Balkenhol E.I.R.L como una empresa líder y ejemplo de su rubro en temas de prevención de riesgos, cumpliendo con todos los estándares que la ley exige y mejorando día a día en su desarrollo técnico laboral, generando así un ambiente sano y responsable de trabajo, enfocado a todos sus colaboradores.In order to obtain the professional engineering degree in occupational risks prevention and environmental ; It was implemented a plan for safety and health at work based on the international standard OHSAS 18001:2007 in the commercial company Aldo Patricio Balkenhol Flores E.I.R.L, diagnosticating the situation of the Company, identifying the work departments (4) and recognizing its preventive state, additionally it was designed a plan of health and security at work and it was evaluated in order to see if the problems identified at the beginning of the work improved, during the year 2014 and the beginning of the year 2015, due to the company did not have a defined system in terms of risk prevention given the condition that this presents, recognizing like a medium and young company, to improve the deficiencies found in the revisions made for this work, everything in order to let the commercial company Aldo Patricio Balkenhol E.I.R.L like a leader company and example of its category on risk prevention, accomplishing all the standards that law required and improving day by day in the technical development work, generating and creating a healthy and responsible environment, focused to all the employees.
