Abstract
Atracción de Talento CMPC es un área que forma parte de la Gerencia de Personas & Organización que actualmente administra los procesos de reclutamiento y selección de Empresas CMPC, Biopackaging y Celulosa que forman parte de las unidades de negocio de CMPC. Los procesos de reclutamiento y selección son administrados en su sistema de gestión del talento “Mi Fibra”, una herramienta adaptada de Cornerstone que incluye el módulo de reclutamiento.
A comienzos del año 2023 Atracción de Talento tomó la decisión de todos los procesos de reclutamiento serían registrados en Mi Fibra, dado que antes sólo se registraba una parte de estos. Esto representa un desafío para el área dado que el equipo considera que sus niveles de conocimiento de la herramienta son bajos y cuentan con una alta carga laboral, lo que ocasiona que los procesos no sean administrados de la forma más eficiente y los obliga a externalizar sus procesos de reclutamiento apoyándose de empresas HeadHunter, lo cuál es muy costoso.
El objetivo de este informe es proponer proyectos que ayuden al área a que adopten y utilicen de mejor forma su herramienta de gestión de procesos de reclutamiento, para que utilicen la herramienta de la forma más eficiente posible, agregando valor al equipo y a los demás participantes del proceso. En este caso se definirá cada uno de los proyectos, cuáles son sus principales beneficios y las actividades y tiempos estimados que son necesarios para llevar a cabo cada uno de estos. Con estos proyectos se espera generar un beneficio social importante para el área que también pueda verse reflejado en beneficios privados.
Attraction of Talent CMPC is an area that is part of the People & Organization Management that currently manages the recruitment and selection processes of CMPC, Biopackaging and Cellulose companies that are part of CMPC’s business units. Recruitment and selection processes are managed in their "Mi Fibra" talent management system, an adapted tool from Cornerstone that includes the recruitment module. At the beginning of the year 2023 Attraction of Talent made the decision of all the recruitment processes would be registered in My Fiber, since before only a part of these was registered. This represents a challenge for the area since the team considers that their levels of knowledge of the tool are low and have a high workload, which causes the processes not to be managed in the most efficient way and forces them to outsource their recruitment processes supporting HeadHunter companies, which is very expensive. The objective of this report is to propose projects that help the area to adopt and make better use of its recruitment process management tool, so that they use the tool as efficiently as possible, adding value to the team and other participants in the process. In this case each of the projects will be defined, which are its main benefits and the estimated activities and times that are necessary to carry out each of these. These projects are expected to generate an important social benefit for the area that can also be reflected in private benefits.
