Análisis y evaluación de un proyecto inmobiliario con eficiencia energética en la Quinta Región para la empresa GyO Ingeniería Ltda.

Abstract

La empresa GyO Ingeniería Ltda. fue fundada en el año 2005 por Claudio González Carú, Ingeniero de la Universidad Federico Santa María, con el objetivo inicial de prestar servicios de Ingeniería Eléctrica y Automatización Industrial. En su ambición de querer crecer y alcanzar a nuevos clientes y mercados, es que la empresa a lo largo de los años ha ido ampliando su giro e instalando nuevas sedes. Para el 2021 la empresa espera poder ampliar aún más su giro en la quinta región, y empezar con la construcción de un proyecto inmobiliario propio, con alguna característica de sustentabilidad, ya que este es el factor característico de la empresa. Bajo este contexto, es que se realizó la evaluación de un proyecto inmobiliario con eficiencia energética en la quinta región para la empresa GyO ingeniería Ltda., el cual traiga beneficios positivos tanto para la empresa como para los futuros habitantes de la vivienda, viendo estos últimos una disminución en la cuenta de insumos básicos y una mejora de su calidad de vida.

In its ambition of wanting to grow and reach new customers and markets, the company over the years has been expanding its line of business and installing new offices. By 2021 the company hopes to be able to further expand its business in the fifth region, and begin with the construction of its own real estate project, with some sustainability characteristic, since this is the characteristic factor of the company. Under this context, the evaluation of a real estate project with energy efficiency in the fifth region was carried out for the company GyO Ingeniería Ltda., Which brings positive benefits both for the company and for the future inhabitants of the house, seeing the latter a decrease in the basic input account and an improvement in their quality of life.
