DISEÑO DE UN PLAN DE NEGOCIOS PARA EXPLOTACION AGRICOLA A PREDIOS NO URBANIZADOS, INCORPORANDO ENERGIA SOLAR FOTOVOLTAICA

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de negocios para crear unanueva área comercial enfocada en la energía renovable de una empresa regional, enfocadoprincipalmente en el manejo de explotación agrícola a predios no urbanizados, incorporandoenergía solar fotovoltaica.La investigación además de presentar los conceptos básicos de los sistemasfotovoltaicos, hace un detalle del diseño del plan de negocios a implementar ocupando unmodelo de negocios CANVAS y un plan de negocios estándar basado en el S.B.P.O.(“Simple Business Plan Outline”) concluyendo con la explicación paso a paso de un proyectorealizado en la Región de Coquimbo.El objetivo principal de la nueva área comercial de la empresa evaluada será lograr laexplotación agrícola, utilizando energía renovable, en terrenos alejados que no esténconectados a suministro energético de la red, no tengan agua potable (o solo agua de pozo) yque no posean alcantarillado, dejando solo como posibilidad el uso de energías renovablespara la energización de las bombas y electrificación domiciliaria y/o semi-industrial.El análisis de la problemática se hace en la región de Coquimbo por su vasta cantidadde terreno con posibilidad agrícola no explotado que tienen los 3 valles transversales de laregión (Elqui – Limari – Choapa). La investigación de esta problemática comercial se realizapor el interés de conocer cuánto terreno no explotado existe en la región y su latente potencialagrícola dentro de los valles.Este trabajo buscó generar las herramientas para que las pequeñas y medianasempresas regionales comiencen su producción agrícola sin necesidad de urbanización y paralas empresas que lo soliciten mejorar su eficiencia energética mediante la incorporación detecnologías para bajar los costos energéticos ocupando energía fotovoltaica como fuente deenergía.The objective of this paper is to design a business plan to create a new commercialarea focused on the renewable energy of a regional company, focused mainly on themanagement of agricultural exploitation to non-urbanized properties, incorporatingphotovoltaic solar energy.The research, in addition to presenting the basic concepts of photovoltaic systems,makes a detail of the design of the business plan to be implemented occupying a CANVASbusiness model and a standard business plan based on the S.B.P.O. ("Simple Business PlanOutline") concluding with the step by step explanation of a project carried out in theCoquimbo Region.The main objective of the new commercial area of the evaluated company will beto achieve agricultural exploitation, using renewable energy, in remote areas that are notconnected to the grid's energy supply, do not have potable water (or only well water) and thatthey have sewerage, leaving only the possibility of using renewable energies for theenergization of pumps and home and / or semi-industrial electrification.The analysis of the problem is made in the region of Coquimbo for its vast amountof land with untapped agricultural potential that have the 3 transversal valleys of the region(Elqui - Limari - Choapa). The investigation of this commercial problem is done in theinterest of knowing how much unexploited land exists in the region and its latent agriculturalpotential within the valleys.This work sought to generate the tools for small and medium-sized regionalcompanies to begin their agricultural production without the need for urbanization and forcompanies that request it to improve their energy efficiency by incorporating technologies tolower energy costs by occupying photovoltaic energy as a source of energy.
