Abstract

Antecedentes: El coronavirus SARS-Cov-2, causante de la pandemia por Covid-19, ha afectado al personal que trabaja en el rubro de la construcción en nuestro país, implicando enfrentarse a situaciones complejas y estresantes que retan los mecanismos de regulación emocional y capacidad de adaptación a la vida cotidiana para mantener un estado de salud físico y mental óptimo.Objetivo: Generar un Plan de Acción que permita identificar los efectos relacionados con el estrés laboral por Covid-19 en personas que trabajan en una empresa en el rubro de la Construcción en Santiago.Conclusión: La empresa y los trabajadores deben ser capaz de adaptarse al cambio que se vive actualmente en pandemia y enfrentar nuevos retos individuales y organizacionales.Palabras Clave: Pandemia; Covid-19; Estrés laboral; Prevención de riesgos; Trabajadores; Factores de riesgo; Organizacional; Construcción.
