Abstract
El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo formular un plan estratégico de negocios
para las empresas de transportes HUGEAT, siendo estas Transportes Eduardo Hugeat y
Transportes Gigantes. Para lo cual, el presente busca orientar y guiar a la organización
por medio de objetivos y estrategias, hacia un objetivo final, que es mantener y
aumentar la rentabilidad del negocio en el largo plazo.
En la primera parte del trabajo se presentan las bases teóricas, explicando de
manera detallada la importancia de contar con un plan estratégico de negocios. A
continuación, se entrega información referente al perfil de las empresas y el entorno, en
el cual se encuentran funcionando. Esto se realiza mediante el uso de herramientas
como el análisis PEST y las cinco fuerzas de Porter, además de formular las estrategias
mediante la matriz FODA.
Posterior a ello, se entrega la propuesta de desarrollo del plan, en el cual, se
analizan diferentes aspectos como la visión, misión, objetivos, estrategias y el desarrollo
de los mismos, para que las empresas finalmente con la aplicación de esta planificación
estratégica puedan obtener un mejor desarrollo organizacional, índices de rentabilidad y
calidad de servicio.
Finalmente, se procede a realizar la evaluación de implementación del plan, el
cual contempla la realización de inversión para mejorar la gestión y operación en las
empresas, consistente en mejorar organizacionalmente, adquirir tecnología, incorporar
nuevas herramientas de gestión y extender los servicios a regiones vecinas. Después de
realizar los análisis correspondientes, se determina su realización dado los resultados
económicos obtenidos. Así mismo se determina que a mayor porcentaje de
financiamiento e inversión, mejoran los resultados económicos del plan, lo cual permite
vislumbrar oportunidades de mejora a nivel de gestión y operaciones, que hacen que el
desarrollo del plan estratégico de negocios otorgue los máximos beneficios económicos.
This paper aims to develop a strategic business plan for transport companies HUGEAT, these being Eduardo Hugeat Transport and Transport Giants. For that, this seeks to guide and lead the organization through objectives and strategies towards an ultimate goal, which is to maintain and increase profitability in the long term. The theoretical basis presented in the first part of the work, explaining in detail the importance of having a business plan. Below is information about the profile of the companies and the environment is delivered to where they are working. This is done by using tools such as PEST analysis and Porter's five forces and formulate strategies using the SWOT matrix. Following this, the proposed development plan is delivered, in which different aspects such as vision, mission, objectives, strategies and development of these analyzes, that the companies finally to the implementation of this strategic planning can get a better organizational development, profitability ratios and quality of service. Finally, we proceed to the evaluation of implementation of the plan, which contemplates the realization of investment to improve the management and operation in business, which is to improve organizationally, acquire technology, incorporating new management tools and extending services to neighboring regions . After performing the corresponding analysis, given it's performance economic results is determined. Likewise it is determined that a higher percentage of financing and investment, improve economic performance plan, which offers a glimpse of opportunities for improvement through management and operations, which make the development of the strategic business plan give the maximum economic benefits.
