Abstract
Es un hecho conocido que todo ser vivo, para sobrevivir necesita adaptarse a su medio ambiente, y el que logra adaptarse primero, tiene una ventaja competitiva respecto de los que lo harán después. Desde esta perspectiva y llevándola al contexto empresarial, esta deducción puede hacernos mucho sentido, sobre todo en las nuevas tendencias de la administración, su evolución ha llevado a plantear a la organización como un ser vivo, capaz de adaptarse a su entorno y auto redefinirse según sus necesidades. (Principios de la administración moderna)Naturalmente no todas las organizaciones cuentan con las capacidades necesarias para lograrlo, algunas son extraordinariamente hábiles en hacerlo, ¿qué diferencia a este tipo de organizaciones de otras?, mediante esta pregunta introduciré el tema principal de esta tesina, no obstante cabe mencionar, que no es un trabajo estadístico orientado a indicar cuántas y cuáles son las organizaciones, sino más bien y aprovechando algunos atributos de la administración, como la universalidad, puedo concluir que toda organización social opera bajo algunos parámetros determinados, que en su conjunto han sido objeto de estudio en el mundo empresarial.De hecho la pregunta ¿que hace a una empresa exitosa por sobre otra?, es ampliamente conocida y difundida. Además existe una cantidad no menor de ejemplos y de grandes compañías, que en su momento no lo fueron y que a través del tiempo han liderado en crecimiento y transformado la sociedad.
It is a known fact that in order to survive every living being needs to adapt to their environment, and the one who is able to adapt first, has a competitive advantage over those who do it later. From this perspective and taking the business context, this deduction makes a lot of sense, especially in the new trends of management, where its evolution has led us to a consideration of an organization as a living being, capable of adapting to its environment as well as redefining its needs. (Principles of modern management)Naturally not all the organizations have the necessary capacity to do so while some of them are remarkably adept at doing so. Therefore with the question what distinguishes these organizations from each other I will be introducing the main topic of my dissertation.In addition it should be mentioned that this work is not oriented at producing statistics of the kind and quantity of the mentioned organizations but rather attempting to indicate attributes of the management, such as universality, which concequently allows me to conclude that every social organization operates under certain determined parameters which had been studied in the world of the business.In fact the question what makes one company more succesful than other is well known and widespread. Furthermore there is a number of the examples and companies which at their time haven’t been however which eventually have led to the growth and tranformation of the society.
