Cómo afecta la economía internacional al pequeño y mediano agricultor de la Región del Maule.

Abstract

Esta investigación consta en la recopilación de antecedentes, tanto cuantitativos como cualitativos para identificar si los escenarios internacionales adversos impactan significativamente en los agricultores de la Región del Maule e identificar qué tipo de escenario internacional adverso impacta de mayor manera al segmento objetivo, es decir, si impacta más un escenario del tipo Político Social o Natural. El propósito es identificar cómo afectan estos escenarios internacionales adversos y entregar un preámbulo que permita justificar una posible investigación probabilísticamente significativa de esta materia para identificar con exactitud cómo y en qué variables macroeconómicas afectan estos hechos para que el segmento objetivo de esta investigación cuente con la información necesaria sobre el impacto de esto y poder prever aspectos negativos utilizando herramientas acordes a sus necesidades, es decir, que exista un acompañamiento integral de algún agente del estado que permita que los agricultores conozcan más los efectos en su negocio y puedan manejar de mejor manera su industria, ya que, esta cuenta con vital importancia para un gran porcentaje de la población y muchos de los campesinos de la región no cuentan con información completa que les permita saber por qué en un periodo x de tiempo su negocio contó con pérdidas impactando a su bienestar personal y empresarial.This research consists of the collection of background information, both quantitative and qualitative, to identify whether adverse international scenarios have a significant impact on farmers in the Maule Region and to identify which type of adverse international scenario has the greatest impact on the target segment, i.e., whether a Political, Social or Natural scenario has the greatest impact. The purpose is to identify how these adverse international scenarios affect and provide a preamble to justify a possible probabilistically significant research on this matter to identify exactly how and which macroeconomic variables are affected by these events so that the target segment of this research has the necessary information on the impact of this and can foresee negative aspects using tools according to their needs, In other words, there should be an integral accompaniment from a state agent that allows farmers to know more about the effects on their business and be able to better manage their industry, since it is of vital importance for a large percentage of the population and many of the farmers in the region do not have complete information that allows them to know why their business suffered losses in a certain period of time, impacting their personal and business wellbeing.
