Abstract
El tiempo de Pick-Up dentro de un supermercado depende en gran medida por la experiencia que tenga el cliente sobre su local de compra, por lo que puede volverse un proceso lento e ineficiente para las personas con menos experiencia. En este trabajo se desarrolla una aplicación móvil que utiliza los datos proporcionados por Zippedi para guiar al usuario, generando una ruta basada en un algoritmo de inteligencia artificial. Luego de un proceso de pruebas utilizando un local como piloto, fue posible concluir que, gracias a las rutas generadas, los usuarios lograron reducir el tiempo para completar una lista de compras en comparación a las personas que simplemente utilizaron un papel.
The Pick-Up time within a supermarket is heavily influenced by the customer's familiarity with the shopping location, which can result in a slow and inefficient process for individuals with less experience. This study presents a mobile application developed to utilize data provided by Zippedi in order to guide users, generating a route based on an artificial intelligence algorithm. Following a testing process using a pilot store, it was possible to conclude that, thanks to the generated routes, users managed to reduce the time required to complete a shopping list compared to individuals who solely used a paper-based approach.
