Abstract
The next investigation has a complete review of all systems and equipment existing that uses water as cooling element and heating, specifically the TABS system (thermally activated building systems). This system is one of many systems working worldwide currently. Most specifically this system works with tubes who water circulates gives or reduces heat of the building, specifically the concrete, improving the thermic inertial of the building meaning in less energy requirements. In fact of this investigation, specific operational requirements, certain environmental conditions propose three TABS systems. Conventional System: Made of a boiling and a water chiller. Semi-Conventional System: Made of a solar collector, Tank, an auxiliary boiling, tower of cooling and for the last a water chiller. Non-Conventional system: Made of a solar collector, tank and reversible air-water heating bomb.
