SISTEMA DE ASEGURAMIENTO DE LA CALIDAD DE PROVEEDORES PARA MANTENIMIENTO DE TRENES SUBTERRÁNEOS CIRCULANTES EN LÍNEAS AUTOMÁTICAS

Abstract

El objetivo de esta Memoria de Título radica en proponer un Sistema de Evaluación de la Calidad de proveedores en cuanto al servicio entregado por los mismos a la empresa de transportes Metro S.A, a través de su Subgerencia de Líneas Automáticas. Este estudio se ha establecido en base a un Análisis GAP, comenzando por la observación de antecedentes previos relativos a la operación de la empresa transportista, obteniendo a partir de ello un diagnóstico de la situación actual de la subgerencia, mediante la utilización de herramientas proporcionadas por el \Pensamiento Lean". A partir de ello, se instaura una Metodología de Evaluación, la cual consta de auditorías programadas al constratista y sus respectivos análisis, los que proporcionarán las cali caciones del proveedor y su porcentaje de cumplimiento con las exigencias establecidas, para posteriormente comunicar a las partes interesadas respecto a los resultados obtenidos y establecer medidas de mejora y mitigación que faciliten el mejoramiento continuo del servicio entregado por el proveedor.

The objective of this Title Memory is to propose a Quality Evaluation System for suppliers in terms of the service provided by them to the transportation company Metro S.A., through its Automatic Lines Submanagement. This study has been established on the basis of a GAP Analysis, starting with the observation of previous antecedents related to the operation of the transport company, obtaining from it a diagnosis of the current situation of the sub-management, through the use of tools provided by the \Lean Thinking". From this, an Evaluation Methodology is established, which consists of scheduled audits to the contractor and their respective analyses, which will provide the supplier's quali cations and its percentage of compliance with the established requirements, to subsequently communicate to the interested parties regarding the results obtained and establish improvement and mitigation measures that facilitate the continuous improvement of the service delivered by the supplier.
