Abstract
El siguiente documento se presenta como una monografía al sistema de suministro de hormigones para la reparación de pistas de producción dentro de la mina subterránea perteneciente a la división Andina de la estatal del cobre. El estudio comienza analizando el sistema de reparación de pistas que posee la división a partir de febrero del 2016, para luego establecer los factores del entorno que perjudican con mayor escala a los pavimentos. Paralelamente a la investigación se lleva un registro en terreno de los tipos de deterioros presentes que se reparan con mayor frecuencia, dando una mirada general a las fallas más recurrentes. Luego de esta primera etapa de recolección de antecedentes continua la fase de estudio, donde se buscan nuevas dosificaciones, diseños o procedimientos que aporten positivamente a la vida útil de los pavimentos o contribuyan a mermar los costos de reparación. Una vez localizados los puntos donde es posible realizar modificaciones se procede a realizar las pruebas o ensayos pertinentes según corresponda, para luego analizar su factibilidad de implementación en interior mina. Culminando con la implementación de lo expuesto en el presente trabajo en la licitación del nuevo contrato de suministro de hormigón y reparación de pistas, además de las correspondientes conclusiones de esta investigación que tuvo una duración de 6 meses.
The following document is presented as a paper supply system for repairing concrete tracks of production within the underground mine belonging to the Andina Division of the copper state. The study begins by analyzing the repair system tracks owned by the division from February 2016, in order to establish the environmental factors that are detrimental to the pavement at a larger scale. Parallel to the research, exist a record field of damage types that are repaired more frequently, giving an overview of the most frequent failures. After this first stage, background collection begins the study phase, where new dosages designs, or procedures that add to the life of pavements or contribute to diminish repair cost are required. Once you located the points where it is possible to make modifications, proceed to testing or relevant tests as needed. Then analyze the feasibility of implementing them inside the mine. Culminating with the implementation protocol listed above, this paper also includes the tender for the new contract to supply concrete and repair tracks. As well as, the corresponding conclusions of this investigation that lasted 6 months.
