Abstract
En la presente tesis se estudió la normativa existente en Chile respecto a los
requerimientos térmicos mínimos exigidos para las edificaciones destinadas a
viviendas. Además, se dio a conocer la nueva normativa térmica impulsada por
el Gobierno a través del Minvu, la cual es optativa en esta primera etapa.
Se estudió y modeló un edificio de 14 pisos más 2 subterráneos ubicado en la
comuna de Las Condes, tal como se está construyendo en la actualidad. Este
edificio fue evaluado con el “Manual para la calificación de viviendas en Chile” y
se determinaron las demandas en calefacción respecto al mismo edificio sólo
cumpliendo la Ordenanza General de Urbanismo y Construcción y su etiqueta
fue letra “D”.
In this thesis we studied the existing regulations in Chile regarding required minimum thermal requirements for buildings for housing. Furthermore, unveiled the new thermal regulations promoted by the Government through Minvu, which is optional at this early stage. We studied and modeled a 14 Underground 2 floors located in the municipality of Las Condes, as is being built today. This building was assessed with the "Manual for qualifying homes in Chile" and identified the heating demands from the same building just fulfilling the General Urbanism and Construction and its label was "D".
